An ultra-thin layer of genuine exotic wood veneer is applied to their solid-spruce tops, resulting in a striking appearance without adversely affecting the tone. The guitar produces a warm tone with a snappy response, and its integrated Fishman® Presys Blend pickup system maintains that tone when the instrument is amplified.
Fusion 12 Exotic Top acoustic-electric guitars feature integrated Fishman Presys Blend preamp systems that combine a high-quality preamplifier with a piezo pickup and a small internal microphone to deliver exceptional amplified sound. Use the Blend control to dial in the optimal combinations of pickup and microphone, then further sculpt your tone using the Bass, Middle, and Treble controls. A Notch filter and a Phase switch are provided to reduce feedback in any performance situation, and there is also an easy-to-use-tuner.
